There was a little delay, but Lou Malnati's will soon be open and they're seeking applicants for all positions for the Oak Park location.
Lou Malnati's, opening early next year in downtown Oak Park, is now hiring for all positions, according to a sign posted at the business.
Lou Malnati's should be open at 1038 Lake St. in January 2014, according to a tweet from the restaurant group. Slated to open this fall, Lou Malnati's wrote, "We had delays with some other construction projects we were working on and were not able to start in Oak Park as planned."
