I was the Practice Manager, for an outpatient mental health office. I had a desire to positively affect the health and well-being of others. I started off by doing chair massages for the physicians and staff. I noticed a reduction in stress levels for the physicians and staff. So, my dreams started to grow big. Time Out for You Massage Therapy was established in Oak Park.

Why did you choose the area of work you did?

I was drawn to massage therapy as a second career. Therapeutic Massage has such a positive experience for the client and therapist.
