Man Who Overcame Health Problems Rents Special Needs Bike for Free

After defying doctor's odds, David Poppei, manager at Oak Park's Greenline Wheels, rents out a specially-designed bike to those who need it for free.

David Poppei is the manager at Oak Park's Greenline Wheels bike shop. It's a career his doctor's certainly didn't foresee when he was a baby. Poppei was born without any muscle tone and his doctors said he would never walk.

But his parents got him moving and defied the medical prediction. Now Poppei helps other children, and adults, with special needs by renting out a specially-designed bike for free.
