ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Forest Park and Oak Park

Henry L. Jones, 30, is wanted on a charge of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer. Bail was set at $5,000. His last known address was in the 1000 block of South Harlem in Forest Park. The warrant was issued Sept. 19, 2006.

William Jones, 62, is wanted on a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge. Bail was set at $10,000. His last known address was in the 7700 block of West Madison in Forest Park. The warrant was issued Dec. 15, 1994.

Theodore W. Kessler, 53, is wanted on a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge. Bail was set at $25,000. His last known address was in the 7400 block of Madison in Forest Park. The warrant was issued March 17, 2008.

Scott R. Kinsey, 55, is wanted on a disorderly conduct charge. Bail was set at $5,000. His last known address was in the 7500 block of Jackson in Forest Park. The warrant was issued April 23, 2007.

Paul E. Kratochwill, 32, is wanted on a reckless conduct charge. Bail was set at $100,000. His last known address was in the 7200 block of West Madison in Forest Park. The warrant was issued Feb. 20, 2009.
