Woman Arrested for Stealing Hygiene Products
Police arrested Darlene Tolliver, 50, of Chicago for stealing about $95 in hygiene products from Jewel, 7525 W. Lake St. around 6:30 p.m. She was charged with felony theft because of a 2002 burglary conviction, police said.WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26
