Oak Park OKs $1.42M Road Resurfacing Project

Roads will be resurfaced on 18 Oak Park blocks.

The Village of Oak Park on Monday approved a contract with Chicagoland Paving Company for a street resurfacing project on 18 blocks in Oak Park.

The village removed two blocks planned for the project to lower the cost from Chicagoland Paving Company's initial bid of $1.57 million to the village's budgeted $1.42 million, according to a village staff memo.

The project will also include curb replacements on 12 of the 18 blocks.
